Convertor - PAIN.001.001.03 to PAIN.001.001.08

An XSLT file which converts a PAIN.001.001.03 to a PAIN.001.001.08.

See the sample files which includes a sample source version 03 PAIN and the converted version 08 PAIN.  Full documentation available on request.  Line details are not included in the conversion as these do not exist in the source PAIN.001.001.03.

XSLT tested with RaptorXML and SAXON XML parsers.
